Designer will create a concept for the interior that correlates with the Client’s vision. The Designer will further translate the information into sketches, design concepts and interior renderings..
The Designer will develop the design concept into design intent drawings that convey the vision to both the Client and the architect.
The Designer will submit a set of Design Development drawings prior to permit submittal.
